In order to enable the POP service, you should add the following
line to your /etc/inetd.conf:

  pop3 stream tcp nowait root ${LOCALBASE}/sbin/cucipop cucipop -Y

And for IPv6:

  pop3 stream tcp6 nowait root ${LOCALBASE}/sbin/cucipop cucipop -Y
