Changes since 1.20: +7 -27 lines

* support $ftp_proxy for ftp:// transfers [bin/3245]
* add "more" & "less" as synonyms for "page"
* move editline setup code into controlediting(), and call appropriately.
  only setup setup terminal if going into interactive mode. inspired
  by Todd Miller <todd.miller@courtesan.com>
