Changes since 1.26.8.1: +2 -3 lines

- Move kauth_cred_t declaration to <sys/types.h>
- Cleanup struct ucred; forward declarations that are unused.
- Don't include <sys/kauth.h> in any header, but include it in the c files
  that need it.
