The beginnings of interface detach support.  Still some bugs, but mostly
works for me.

This work was originally by Bill Studenmund, and cleaned up by me.

Fix a bug which would cause a panic in soreceive() if multiple raw
receivers ask for ancillary data.

Noted by Francis Dupont <Francis.Dupont@inria.fr> on tech-net.

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
