Pull up revision 1.6 (requested by cl in ticket #322).

remove code no longer needed since the type/permission information
is available in the entry's struct kern_target and every entry has a
(possibly shared) struct kern_target now.

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
