Follow the merge of pmap.c on i386 and amd64 and move
pmap_init_tmp_pgtbl into arch/x86/x86/pmap.c. Modify the ACPI wakeup
code to restore CR4 before jumping back into kernel space as the large

Update thorpej_scsipi to -current as of a month ago
A i386 GENERIC kernel compiles without the siop, ahc and bha drivers
(will be updated later). i386 IDE/ATAPI and ncr work, as well as
sparc/esp_sbus. alpha should work as well (untested yet).
siop, ahc and bha will be updated once I've updated the branch to current
-current, as well as machine-dependant code.

remove include of <vm/vm.h>

remove/move more mach vm header files:

	<vm/pglist.h> -> <uvm/uvm_pglist.h>
	<vm/vm_inherit.h> -> <uvm/uvm_inherit.h>
	<vm/vm_kern.h> -> into <uvm/uvm_extern.h>

Update from Matt Thomas <matt@3am-software.com>.  Notable highlight:
the DEFTA (TurboChannel) card now works on the Alpha!

New ARP system, supports IPv4 over any hardware link.

Some of the stuff (e.g., rarpd, bootpd, dhcpd etc., libsa) still will
only support Ethernet. Tcpdump itself should be ok, but libpcap needs
lot of work.

the is-newarp branch.

Pass the bus PA (i/o address) to pdq_eisa_init() to avoid doing
arithmetic on bus space handles (which is strictly forbitten.
Pointed out by Matthias Drochner <drochner@zelz28.zel.kfa-juelich.de>
in PR #3216.

update these so they compile whether or not __BROKEN_INDIRECT_CONFIG
is defined.

New bus.h implementation/interface:
	- No more distinction between i/o-mapped and memory-mapped
	  devices.  It's all "bus space" now, and space tags
	  differentiate the space with finer grain than the
	  bus chipset tag.
	- Add memory barrier methods.
	- Implement space alloc/free methods.
	- Implement region read/write methods (like memcpy to/from
	  bus space).
This interface provides a better abstraction for dealing with
machine-independent chipset drivers.
