Remove compat_osf1, discussed on tech-kern@.

Remove Alpha's compat_linux dependency on compat_osf1. Each function is
copied as-is from compat_osf1 with no functional change. Discussed on
tech-kern@, ok @thorpej.

fix the build: include the needed osf1 files for compat_linux on alpha

Update haad-dm branch to haad-dm-base2.

Make the emulations, exec formats, coredump, NFS, and the NFS server
into modules. By and large this commit:

- shuffles header files and ifdefs
- splits code out where necessary to be modular
- adds module glue for each of the components
- adds/replaces hooks for things that can be installed at runtime

catch up with -current on kqueue branch

Catch up to -current.

make signal array handling uniform, and put signal arrays in a separate
file. This is simular to errno array handling.

Sync with HEAD (for UBC fixes).

put the ecoff specific code from osf1_exec.c to osf1_exec_ecoff.c

bring in latest KAME (as of 19991130, KAME/NetBSD141) into kame branch
just for reference purposes.
This commit includes 1.4 -> 1.4.1 sync for kame branch.

The branch does not compile at all (due to the lack of ALTQ and some other
source code).  Please do not try to modify the branch, this is just for
referenre purposes.

synchronization to latest KAME will take place on HEAD branch soon.

emulate shm*(), but only so far as to return ENOSYS for now (until
they're really needed).  put them in their own file because when we
need to emulate them, they'll need a bunch of code.

protection-related bits -> osf1_prot.c

clean up ordering, add a comment or two

{get,set}rlimit, getrusage -> osf1_resource.c

descriptor-frobbing syscalls (fstat, fcntl(), lseek(), etc.) ->
osf1_descrip.c.

get/settimeofday, interval timers -> osf1_time.c

typical filename using syscalls (open(), access(), execve(), etc.) -> osf1_file.c

sys_generic-ish bits move to osf1_generic.c

and the socket calls move

move mmap() and related functions into their own file

shuffle bits around.  separate conversion conversion functions and tables
from the code that uses them, just as I previously separated out the
OSF/1 definitions and structures from the code that translates to and
from them.

exec internals have been moved (and improved) to osf1_exec.c.  Not much
there yet, but more to come.

add osf1_errno.c

note that COMPAT_OSF1 requires ECOFF, in a comment.

Prefix names of system call implementation functions with `sys_'.

Add common file lists, similar to what the other emulation modules use.
