Up to [cvs.NetBSD.org] / src / sys / compat / linux / common

Implent CLONE_PARENT_SETTID, CLONE_CHILD_CLEARTID, and CLONE_CHILD_SETTID
options to clone(). This makes fork() work on amd64.

clone() prototype has changed and the changes is probably revelant on some
other arches.
