fix various typos, mainly in comments.

Add HAVE_ACPI and HAVE_UEFI flags to bsd.own.mk and use them to
conditionally include ACPI and UEFI bits instead of relying on adhoc
MACHINE_ARCH tests.

Build EFI bootloader on big endian armv7 and aarch64 targets.

Only build bootaa64.efi on LE aarch64 for now, to match set lists

There are other little endian arm machine_arches other than "arm"
Use MACHINE_CPU and TARGET_ENDIANNESS instead of MACHINE_ARCH

According to the i.MX23 Reference Manual section 3.1, Page 3-3:
"The i.MX23 always operates in litle-endian mode."
So build elftosb and bootloader for this processor only for evbarm(-el).
