Remove old OMAP port.

This code was a mess and full of unmaintainable SoC and board specific
ifdefs. A modern devicetree port for OMAP3530 and AM335x based boards
now lives in arch/arm/ti. If someone is interested in bringing back
support for any boards lost in this transition, feel free, but please
do so using the new devicetree based model.

Attached is a patch to add generic base support for systems based on

This patch depends upon patches previously sent by Scott Allan: "Three

are based on these systems, and OMAP would make a great addition to
NetBSD. If there are any concerns we can address or other things we
can do to get this code accepted upstream please let me know, thanks,
