mentioned in the NAME section. Without an entry in the NAME section
apropos(1) doesn't get this man page in the results when queried for
one of those functions.

Retire varargs.h support. Move machine/stdarg.h logic into MI
sys/stdarg.h and expect compiler to provide proper builtins, defaulting

Added an explicit statement about the differences between the user-space
snprintf and the kernel snprintf.

Updated the .Ddate.

The tprintf_open function returns NULL if no terminal handle could be
acquired.

instead of

More .Os cleanups.  .Os is defined in the tmac.doc-common file,
so we shouldn't override it with versions in the manpages.  Many more to
come.
