Integrate last of the relavant changes from fdlibm 5.2:
    4. Performance issue on rem_pio2
       An attempt to speed up the argument reduction in the trig function is to
       consider pi/4 < x < 3pi/4 a special case. This was done in the file
       e_rem_pio2.c
