Make LIBCRT* depend on the right files if MLIBDIR from MKCOMPAT is defined.
Use ${COPT} so it properly emits the right features doing MKCOMPAT
Avoid defining MLIBDIR.  Use ${MLIBDIR:Unone} instead.
