distrib/sets/lists: Add a blank comment line between RCS id and body.

This serves as a buffer between RCS id changes and other changes to
the set lists, in an attempt to reduce the pain of merge conflicts
around mass set list changes.

No functional change intended.

Put back xorg_server_ver=110 specific files lost in 21.1.3 updates.

Also fix syspkg names and reorder entries for readabilities.
Fixes "fail to load libfb.so" errors in case of HAVE_XORG_SERVER_VER=110.
(Note these ports have been switched to HAVE_XORG_SERVER_VER=120)

updates for xorg-server 21.1.3.

also move cvt manual parts into the xbase set.

fix sets after making cvt(1) for everyone

Add Xwsfb X server to pmax build

With the previous tweak to TURBOchannel framebuffers in sys/dev/tc this
should allows pmax to once again run X11.

TODO: Investigate pullup to -9

remove all the X11R6 (old xfree86) entries.

a technically more correct solution would be to mark all but the
shared libraries obsolete, but with approximately 10000 entries
it would significantly slowdown postinstall obsolete checking
and as an end-user, i'm not sure i'd want it anyway.

this also makes it much easier to automate X11R7 changes ;-)

Separate out the X sets:
    *	sets for xsrc/xc (XF 3.x)
		xbase3 xcomp3 xcontrib3 xfont3 xmisc3 xserver3
    *	sets for xsrc/xfree/xc (XF 4.x)
		xbase4 xcomp4 xcontrib4 xfont4 xmisc4 xserver4
    *	sets for src/x11 (reachover build of xsrc/xfree/xc):
		xbase xcomp xcontrib xfont xmisc xserver
	(note: not populated yet, and not to be shared by x*3 or x*4 anymore)

Merge various revisions [tv, approved by thorpej]:

Move "rgb.db" from xbase to xserver.  In its Berkeley DB compiled form, it
is used only by the X server, and should be grouped there.  Later we may
also add unconditional install of the source-form "rgb.txt", usable by all
programs, into xbase.

This allows the xbase set to be shared between the mipsel platforms, and all
m68k platforms except atari (which has additional XF86 add-ons).

Add a NetBSD RCS tag to each distrib list file.

Include the symlink from /usr/X11R6/bin/X to Xpmax.
Delete the preceding directories - they exist in xbase.

NetBSD/pmax now uses the X11R6 X server.

Pull rev 1.3 up from trunk (jonathan)

Add README.pmax. Delete obsolete Xsfbpmax server (Xcfbpmax handles both.)

Add temporary, alpha-release, xserver set entries for old X11R5 pmax servers:
  Xcfbpmax, Xmfbpmax, Xsfbpmax
  X11R5 rgb.{dir,pag} DBM-style font database
  symlink /store -> /usr/X11R6 (used by ancient, unpatched, X11R5  binaries)

Add empty set lists for ports that already have distribution sets.
