distrib/sets/lists: Add a blank comment line between RCS id and body.

This serves as a buffer between RCS id changes and other changes to
the set lists, in an attempt to reduce the pain of merge conflicts
around mass set list changes.

No functional change intended.

fix error in the previous: don't leave the obsolete trident entries.

Also put back libfb.a in xorg_server_ver=110 case.

It looks required only on building Xorg server binary and
unnecessary for release (actually marked as obsolete only on vax),
but no simple settings to "build static libraries without installation"
and most ports will be switched to Xorg 1.20 soon.

mark all the xorg-server 1.10 specific files as obsolete for xorg-server 1.18.

being to adapt not ready or not switched ports more to 1.18.

remove all the X11R6 (old xfree86) entries.

a technically more correct solution would be to mark all but the
shared libraries obsolete, but with approximately 10000 entries
it would significantly slowdown postinstall obsolete checking
and as an end-user, i'm not sure i'd want it anyway.

this also makes it much easier to automate X11R7 changes ;-)

mark libxaa, librecord, libextmod, and libdbe as obsolete for xorg-server 1.10

delete obsolete vga and radeonhd drivers.

- mesa_dri_drivers.so.0.debug is not obsolete for amd64
- kms_swrast_dri.so.0.debug was missing

Add a new "debug" set that gets built when ${MKDEBUG} is set. On evbarm:

This allows always building the debugging code and libraries but not
installing it (although now it is placed in the default sets if ${MKDEBUG}
is set

obsolete libxf8_16bpp.

move xorg-server.m4 into the MD files that build xorg-server.
this should fix most of the recent build issues on xorg without
xorg-server platforms.

- remove README.DIR, README.rapidaccess.
- add README.modes.
- add new xorg-server headers.
- obsolete XKeysymDB.

updates for Mesa 7.7.1.

obsolete vga.4 like other ports.  as noticed by kurt schreiner.

don't build xf86-input-void; it is obsolete since xorg-server 1.4.

Link the xf86-input-ws X.Org input driver to the build and add it to the lists
that also have the wsmouse driver.

xf86-input-ws adds support for touchpanels in X11 that report absolute position
data through wscons(4), e.g. the extended ums(4) driver.  xf86-input-ws was
written by Matthieu Herrb for OpenBSD.

Please remember to also update xsrc before the next system build.

move protocol.txt from xserver/md.* into xbase/mi, since it's built
on all Xorg platforms, not just ones using hw/xfree86.

reported by he@ and noticed by i understand 32 autobuilds.

Install manpage for the Xorg S3 driver.

- build mesa_dri and swrast on all platforms
- kill imstt
- re-add int10 on macppc

install the xorg "protocol.txt" file.

don't build the vga or nsc drivers -- they haven't been ported to
xorg-server 1.6 yet.  remove them from the list of drivers to try
to load with "X -configure".  (someone should also confirm that
this list of drivers is right.)

this should fix PR#41626.

unobsolete libglx

- build and install swrast_dri.so
- don't force linking dri_util.c into swrast_dri.so
- fix the source lists in libGL/OSmesa makefiles
- unobsolete the symbols/pc keymap and 7x14-KOI8-R.pcf.gz font

XXX the libGL/OSmesa makefiles could use some reorg.  there
XXX are a bunch of duplicated items.

fix Xorg build on alpha:
- don't build/install drivers that are x86-specific
- add extra files to sets lists.

Try to cleanup the sets to allow ports without X11R7 servers to build:
- Xnest is mi, cvt and gtf are not
- Man pages are (mostly) mi

As all port now build Xvfb, move it into the mi file.
Remove any empty md.* files (but leave ad.*)

Add support for X11FLAVOUR=xorg to NetBSD/alpha. Tested on PWS500
(ev56, handled as non-BWX by Xorg) and XP1000 (ev6, BWX). Also
tested by Rafael Ruiz on a AlphaStation 255 (thanks !).
non-PCI adapters are not supported; someone should make these work
as a wsfb device.

Move "rgb.db" from xbase to xserver.  In its Berkeley DB compiled form, it
is used only by the X server, and should be grouped there.  Later we may
also add unconditional install of the source-form "rgb.txt", usable by all
programs, into xbase.

This allows the xbase set to be shared between the mipsel platforms, and all
m68k platforms except atari (which has additional XF86 add-ons).
