- enable 32-bit library builds on amd64 and sparc64

- add 3 new top-level targets:
    do-compat-lib-csu
    do-compat-libgcc
    do-compat-lib-libc
  and run them before "do-build" if ${MKCOMPAT} != "no"

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
