xf86-video-ast: update to 1.2.0.

This release raises the minimum supported Xserver version from
xorg-server-1.1 (released May 2006) to xorg-server-1.18 (Nov. 2015),
including the removal of XAA support.

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden).  All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.
