labltk: update to 8.06.12.

LablTk 8.06.10 with OCamlBrowser

This is a bug fix release of LablTk and OCamlBrowser.
It also makes OCamlBrowser work on OCaml 4.12 (and only this version).

    Fix bugs in ocamlbrowser that prevented exploring types in source files
    Install camltkwrap.{cmi,cmx} (report by Pascal Raymond)

LablTk 8.06.9 with OCamlBrowser 4.11.0

Fixes a configuration error with clang 12 (observed on MacOS).

New release for ocaml 4.08.

    compatible with ocaml 4.08.0 (required for ocamlbrowser)
    compiles and installs without ocamlbrowser (use make library opt rather than make all opt).

Using opam, two packages are provided: labltk.8.06.6 and ocamlbrowser.4.08.0

x11: Replace RMD160 checksums with BLAKE2s checksums

All checksums have been double-checked against existing RMD160 and
SHA512 hashes

Unfetchable distfiles (fetched conditionally?):

x11: Remove SHA1 hashes for distfiles

Unrevert the upstream bit I reverted; operator error on my part (forgot
to update ocaml locally)

build fix, no bump needed.

Update to 8.06.3; fixes build with current pkgsrc ocaml. (Except I had
to revert one line of one of the upstream changes which apparently
only works with newer ocaml than we have.)

Upstream changes: minor fixes, and updates to match newer ocaml versions.

Add SHA512 digests for distfiles for x11 category

Problems found locating distfiles:
        Package modular-xorg-server: missing distfile xorg-server-1.17.4.tar.bz2
        Package py-qt4: missing distfile PyQt-mac-gpl-4.11.1.tar.gz
        Package xservers: missing distfile xservers-3.3.6.5.tar.bz2
        Package xview-clients: missing distfile xview3.2p1-X11R6.tar.gz
        Package xview-lib: missing distfile xview3.2p1-X11R6.tar.gz

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden).  All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.

Update x11/labltk to 8.06.0.

This release does not contain functional changes, but MASTER_SITES,
distfile and version number are updated to follow upstream.
