deforaos-libdesktop: update to 0.4.1

Changes since 0.4.0:
- support for compilation modes (as provided by DeforaOS configure)
- updates to the helper scripts from DeforaOS configure
- re-generating the Makefiles before building

This also makes use of a new helper for DeforaOS configure, found in
devel/deforaos-configure/deforaos-configure.mk.

This release brings:
- support for SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH in tests
- minor fixes and improvements

Import fix for compatibility layer with Gtk+ 2

This requires bumping every dependency unfortunately.

Package DeforaOS libDesktop 0.2.1

This release brings:
- compatibility with libSystem 0.3.0
- generic tool for the Widget class, widget(1)
- helpers for easier compatibility with Gtk+ 3

Add SHA512 digests for distfiles for x11 category

Problems found locating distfiles:
        Package modular-xorg-server: missing distfile xorg-server-1.17.4.tar.bz2
        Package py-qt4: missing distfile PyQt-mac-gpl-4.11.1.tar.gz
        Package xservers: missing distfile xservers-3.3.6.5.tar.bz2
        Package xview-clients: missing distfile xview3.2p1-X11R6.tar.gz
        Package xview-lib: missing distfile xview3.2p1-X11R6.tar.gz

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden).  All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.

Fix build with clang and support for setting CFLAGS

Package DeforaOS libDesktop 0.2.0

This release brings:
- license update as 2-clause BSD
- new DesktopWidget class
- updated interaction with helper(1) (from www/deforaos-surfer)
- portability fixes

Use correct rpath flag on SunOS.  Bump PKGREVISION.

Packaged DeforaOS libDesktop 0.1.0, with:

* API update for desktop messages (unregistering handlers)

Packaged DeforaOS libDesktop 0.0.10, with:
- API update for the inter-process notification framework (fixes bugs)
- more portable Makefiles

x11/deforaos-libdesktop (version 0.0.8)
