Add webpy package.

web.py is a web framework for python that is as simple as it is powerful.
web.py is in the public domain; you can use it for whatever purpose with
absolutely no restrictions.

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
