9wm: Update to 1.4.2

There are no release notes from upstream, here is a partial list of changes
from the git commit log:

- Use sigaction(), not signal(), for SIGCHLD.
- Don't mix declarations and code.

9wm: Update to 1.4.1

Changes:
- We got a patch upstreamed, but have to add another.

wm: align variable assignments

pkglint -Wall -F --only aligned --only indent -r

No manual corrections.

Match PLIST with do-install. Bump revision.

Update 9wm to 1.4.0, now developed on GitHub.

There are no release notes from upstream (short of commit
logs), here is a partial list of changes:

- no more manual window placement
- color support
- support for fullscreen and shaped windows
- format string and memory fixes
- compatibility fixes for some toolkits
- window titles are UTF-8

Remove xextproto/buildlink3.mk in most cases where it occurs with
libXext/buildlink3.mk, now that it is included there.
Leave the places where its API version is set or variables from it
are used directly (about 3 packages).

Drop PKG_DESTDIR_SUPPORT setting, "user-destdir" is default these days.

Add DESTDIR support.

- fine grained X11 dependencies for packages which have either USE_IMAKE
  or USE_X11BASE set, but don't include mk/x11.buildlink3.mk directly or
  via buildlink3.mks
- introduce BUILDLINK_PREFIX.libXpm as alias for BUILDLINK_PREFIX.xpm
  in the !modular case
- fix some cases where the check for libX11 couldn't work at all by using
  C++ for compilation without including the proper headers

Verified using a full X11_TYPE=xorg bulk build without additional
breakage. Discussed with salo@, wiz@ and send to packages@ for feedback.

Point MAINTAINER to pkgsrc-users@NetBSD.org in the case where no
developer is officially maintaining the package.

The rationale for changing this from "tech-pkg" to "pkgsrc-users" is
that it implies that any user can try to maintain the package (by
submitting patches to the mailing list).  Since the folks most likely
to care about the package are the folks that want to use it or are
already using it, this would leverage the energy of users who aren't
developers.

Recursive revision bump / recommended bump for gettext ABI change.

Remove FreeBSD RCS Ids. pkgsrc has diverged too much for syncing to be
useful.

Move WRKSRC definition away from the first paragraph in a Makefile.

Use tech-pkg@ in favor of packages@ as MAINTAINER for orphaned packages.
Should anybody feel like they could be the maintainer for any of thewe packages,
please adjust.

Place WRKSRC where it belongs, to make pkglint happy; ok'ed by wiz.

Use new IMAKE_MAN_PATH variables in PLISTs to make these packages more
portable.  Bump PKGREVISION accordingly.

Use auto-extract code for .shar files.

Deprecate NO_WRKSUBDIR, replacing it with an explicit assignment of:

WRKSRC= ${WRKDIR}

This is much cleaner, much more indicative of what happens, and removes
another of the negative definitions (NO_.* = value).

Update to new COMMENT style: COMMENT var in Makefile instead of pkg/COMMENT.

Update MASTER_SITES

Move 9wm to category wm.

Initial revision
