xdvik: don't try to use texconfig.

texconfig has moved from tex-tetex to tex-texlive-scripts-extra, but
currently its usage to configure the papersize for various commands isn't
actually working so for the time being just comment it out.

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
