tex-exam{,-doc}: update to 2.704

This is a minor upgrade to the exam documentclass.

print: Replace RMD160 checksums with BLAKE2s checksums

All checksums have been double-checked against existing RMD160 and
SHA512 hashes

print: Remove SHA1 hashes for distfiles

tex-exam{,-doc}: update to 2.7

tex-exam{,-doc}: update to 2.603

 This is version 2.603 of exam.cls.
 It removes an incompatibility with colortbl.sty that
 was created in version 2.6.

 Version 2.6 of the exam documentclass.

 Grading tables and point tables can now have multiple rows or
 multiple columns, there's a new option for two-sided documents
 to have points either always in the outer margin or always in
 the inner margin, and when filling space with lines or dotted
 lines those lines can be in color.

 There are also fixes for several obscure bugs.

Add SHA512 digests for distfiles for print category

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden).  All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.

Update to texlive 2015.

pdfTEX: Support JPEG Exif as well as JFIF; do not even emit a warning if
 \pdfinclusionerrorlevel is negative; sync with xpdf 3.04.
LuaTEX: New library newtokenlib for scanning tokens; bug fixes in the normal
 random number generator and other places.
XeTEX: Image handling fixes; xdvipdfmx binary looked for first as a sibling
 to xetex; internal XDV opcodes changed.
MetaPost: New numbersystem binary; new Japanese-enabled upmpost and
 updvitomp programs, analogous to up*tex.
Infrastructure: The fmtutil script has been reimplemented to read
 fmtutil.cnf on a per-tree basis, analogous to updmap. Web2C mktex* scripts
 (including mktexlsr, mktextfm, mktexpk) now prefer programs in their own
 directory, instead of always using the existing PATH.

Update tex-exam{,-doc} to 2.4.

Let tex-exam{,-doc} use DISTFILES from TeX Live 2009.  No functional change.

Import tex-exam-2.3 as print/tex-exam.

Provides a class exam, which eases production of exams, even by a
LaTeX novice.  Simple commands are provided to (i) create questions,
parts of questions, subparts of parts, and subsubparts of subparts,
all with optional point values, (ii) create a grading table, indexed
either by question number (listing each question and the total
possible points for that question) or by page number (listing each
page with points and the total possible points for that page), and
(iii) create headers and footers that are each specified in three
parts: one part to be left justified, one part to be centered, and one
part to be right justified, in the manner of fancyhdr Headers and/or
footers can be different on the first page of the exam, can be
different on the last page of the exam, and can vary depending on
whether the page number is odd or even, or on whether the current page
continues a question from a previous page, or on whether the last
question on the current page continues onto the following page.
Multiple line headers and/or footers are allowed, and it is easy to
increase the part of the page devoted to headers and/or footers to
allow for this.
