1.1       minskim     1: This LaTeX package makes a very minor change to the operation of the
                      2: \cite command.  Note that the change is not necessary in unmodified
                      3: LaTeX; however, there remain packages that restore the undesirable
                      4: behavior of the command as provided in LaTeX 2.09. (Note that neither
                      5: cite nor natbib make this mistake.)
