- cupsWriteRequestData() flushed the output buffer unnecessarily,
causing reduced performance in some situations.
- If a CGI process died before sending its MIME headers, the request

Add missing file to PLIST. pdftops only seems to be a link to an existing pdftops, so add an option to use the ones from gs, poppler-utils, or xpdf. Default to using the one from poppler-utils (adds dependency on that). Bump PKGREVISION.
