Update mpi-ch to 1.2.5.2, released on September 11th, 2003.

(It's difficult to destill the important changes from that file, which
is why I'm not pasting the entire collection in here.)

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
