net: Replace RMD160 checksums with BLAKE2s checksums

Honor LDFLAGS. Fixes RELRO build.

Add SHA512 digests for distfiles for net category

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden).  All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.

net/pload: Add FreeBSD and DragonFly support

Patch differentials came from FreeBSD ports.

Add RMD160 digests.

Missed in previous commit. (update to 0.9.5) Note to self: sometimes its
better to just vegetate while waiting in the early hours of the morning for
something to finish building rather than try to get some pkgsrc work done...

Merge from pkgsrc-current to buildlink2 branch.

Use the SIOCGIFDATA ioctl if available to make the tool usefull for
any kind of interface, not just PPP interfaces.

Remove distclean target that made trouble, as noted in recent bulk build.
Standardize patch-aa while I'm here.

Move to sha1 checksum, and/or add distfile sizes.

+ move the distfile digest/checksum value from files/md5 to distinfo
+ move the patch digest/checksum values from files/patch-sum to distinfo
