Switch to new site in MASTER_SITES, and set MAINTAINER to pkgsrc-users.

Revive MASTER_SITES.
Updated net/srsh to 1.3:
- No functional changes (upstream added Debian packaging support).

Drop superfluous PKG_DESTDIR_SUPPORT, "user-destdir" is default these days.

* Use *_MAKE_FLAGS instead of *_TARGET to pass variables.

Bump PKGREVISION.

Rename ALL_TARGET to BUILD_TARGET for consistency with other *_TARGETs.

Depend on security/openssh instead of security/ssh for machines that
do not have /usr/bin/ssh.

COMMENT should start with a capital letter.

Mechanical changes to 375 files to change dependency patterns of the form
foo-* to foo-[0-9]*.  This is to cause the dependencies to match only the
packages whose base package name is "foo", and not those named "foo-bar".
A concrete example is p5-Net-* matching p5-Net-DNS as well as p5-Net.  Also
change dependency examples in Packages.txt to reflect this.

Update to new COMMENT style: COMMENT var in Makefile instead of pkg/COMMENT.

Accept openssh

Only pull in the ssh depends if we're on a system with out /usr/bin/ssh in
the system.

Modify dependence to match "ssh6" package, too.

Upgrade to srsh 1.2 (man page typos fixed).

The srsh command will run ssh from your current path with options
that make it very quiet, similar to rsh.  Nice for rdist, cvs, etc.
