Support PKG_SYSCONFDIR and VARBASE. Add SNIPROXY_{USER,GROUP}, both
defaulting to "sniproxy." Add rc.d script. Bump PKGREVISION.

Reuse the GitHub framework and stop using plain ${PKGVERSION_NOREV}.zip for
distfile name.

Import sniproxy-0.3.4 as net/sniproxy Proxies incoming HTTP and TLS connections based on the hostname contained in the initial request. This enables HTTPS name-based virtual hosting to separate backend servers without installing the private key on the proxy machine.
