Remove unnecessary PLIST_SUBST and FILES_SUBST that are now provided by the infrastructure. Mark a couple more packages as not ready for python-3.x.

Import py27-simplesoap-1.10 as net/py-simplesoap. Python Simple SOAP library for client and server webservices interfaces, aimed to be as small and easy as possible, supporting most common functionality. Initially it was inspired by PHP Soap Extension (mimicking it functionality, simplicity and ease of use), with many advanced features added.
This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
