Update to pard-2.3.0 with the following change:

rbtree replaced with verstable maps.
More performant and fixes an error looking up some addresses.

Update to parpd-2.1.1

No real change from 2.0 other than pulling signed tarballs rather than
automated github tarballs.
Has a compile fix for Linux.

Update to parpd-2.0 with the following changes:
* New build system similar to dhcpcd
* New eloop from dhcpcd
* /dev/bpf is now used on all BSD's
* attack command will attack RFC 5227 implementations

net: Replace RMD160 checksums with BLAKE2s checksums

All checksums have been double-checked against existing RMD160 and
SHA512 hashes

net: Remove SHA1 hashes for distfiles

Fix kqueue usage when forking in the background

This restores parpd functionnality on NetBSD 7.x

Update to parpd-1.7. Changes include:
  *  Don't crash enumerating interfaces without a layer 2 address.
  *  Fix ARP filter so we're only interested in ARP REQUEST messages.

Import parpd-1.6 with the following changes:
  *  Improved BPF ARP filter.
  *  Use inet_pton to convert addresses for better error reporting.

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden).  All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.

Import parpd-1.5 which fixes a possible free to unassigned memory.

Update to parpd-1.4

Changes from 1.3 include
 * improve interface handling and detection for a smaller code size

Update to parpd-1.3
Just a man page correction.

An implementation of the Proxy ARP Daemon specified in RFC1027.

Update parpd to 1.2, based on wip/parpd.
