mosh: update to 1.4.0

Using wip/mosh from bsiegert.

The Mosh team is pleased to announce the long-awaited 1.4.0 release.
This release has a mix of bug fixes and new features.

mosh: Update net/mosh to 1.3.2

pkgsrc changes:
 - Remove patches/patch-aa, no longer needed (config.h is now
   included and HAVE_DECL_BSWAP64 is now properly checked)

import mosh-1.2.2 into the packages collection.

	Mosh is a Remote terminal application that allows roaming, supports
	intermittent connectivity, and provides intelligent local echo and
	line editing of user keystrokes.

	Mosh is a replacement for SSH.  It's more robust and responsive,
	especially over Wi-Fi, cellular, and long-distance links.
