Update some HOMEPAGEs.

Drop superfluous PKG_DESTDIR_SUPPORT, "user-destdir" is default these days.

Disable use of IP Filter support explicitly on NetBSD.

This is a little backward-looking handling for build breaks on NetBSD
current, newer IP Filter.

libdnet's firewall support seems not used on NetBSD from 4.0_STABLE at
least.  So, this change thins back to before to fix build breaks.

Fix build on SunOS by overriding the test for Linux-specific PF_PACKET,
which is misdetected on recent SunOS versions.

* remove patch-aa, one patch for multple files, not registerd in distinfo.
  split to multiple patches with new style patch file name, and regist.
* set LICENSE=modified-bsd.
* dependency on devel/check is just a build-depend, for test only.

add autoconf test for new SIOCGIFCONF interface that uses a
ifru_space member to store larger addresses and parse interface list
accordingly.

Mark as destdir ready.

Convert packages that test and use USE_INET6 to use the options framework
and to support the "inet6" option instead.

Remaining usage of USE_INET6 was solely for the benefit of the scripts
that generate the README.html files.  Replace:

	BUILD_DEFS+=	USE_INET6
with
	BUILD_DEFS+=	IPV6_READY

and teach the README-generation tools to look for that instead.

This nukes USE_INET6 from pkgsrc proper.  We leave a tiny bit of code
to continue to support USE_INET6 for pkgsrc-wip until it has been nuked
from there as well.

Switch to new master site, update to 1.12.
There is no changelog available. Appearently some minor build issues
are fixed.

-the "check.h not found" problem is not alpha specific, but just
 an effect of the "check" library installed -- introduce an option
 which either requires devel/check or disables it completely
-Being here, update to 1.11. No changelog available.

Point MAINTAINER to pkgsrc-users@NetBSD.org in the case where no
developer is officially maintaining the package.

The rationale for changing this from "tech-pkg" to "pkgsrc-users" is
that it implies that any user can try to maintain the package (by
submitting patches to the mailing list).  Since the folks most likely
to care about the package are the folks that want to use it or are
already using it, this would leverage the energy of users who aren't
developers.

Recursive revision bump / recommended bump for gettext ABI change.

Remove USE_GNU_TOOLS and replace with the correct USE_TOOLS definitions:

	USE_GNU_TOOLS	-> USE_TOOLS
	awk		-> gawk
	m4		-> gm4
	make		-> gmake
	sed		-> gsed
	yacc		-> bison

Remove USE_BUILDLINK3 and NO_BUILDLINK; these are no longer used.

Update to 1.10.

Initial import of libdnet, version 1.5, into the NetBSD Packages Collection.
Provided in PR pkg/20058 by V. Hari <bit5hift at ethernet dot tk>, slightly
edited by me.

libdnet provides a simplified, portable interface to several low-level
networking routines, including

    * network address manipulation
    * kernel arp(4) cache and route(4) table lookup and manipulation
    * network firewalling (IP filter, ipfw, ipchains, pf, ...)
    * network interface lookup and manipulation
    * raw IP packet and Ethernet frame transmission
