net: Replace RMD160 checksums with BLAKE2s checksums

net: Remove SHA1 hashes for distfiles

grilo: Update to 0.3.11

Needed for several newer GNOME package updates.

grilo-plugins: Fix "format not a string literal" errors.

Disable the bliptv plugin, the service has been shut down.

Add SHA512 digests for distfiles for net category
