Revbump packages with a runtime Python dep but no version prefix.

For the Python 3.8 default switch.

Changed PYTHON_VERSIONS_INCOMPATIBLE to PYTHON_VERSIONS_ACCEPTED; needed for future Python 3.8

fix some whitespace, mostly introduced in the previous
python 3.4 / 3.5 removal commit.

extend PYTHON_VERSIONS_ for Python 3.7

Add python-3.6 to incompatible versions.

Remove python33: adapt all packages that refer to it.

Extend PYTHON_VERSIONS_INCOMPATIBLE to 35

Mark packages that are not ready for python-3.3 also not ready for 3.4,
until proven otherwise.

Mark packages as not ready for python-3.x where applicable;
either because they themselves are not ready or because a
dependency isn't. This is annotated by
PYTHON_VERSIONS_INCOMPATIBLE=  33 # not yet ported as of x.y.z
or
PYTHON_VERSIONS_INCOMPATIBLE=  33 # py-foo, py-bar
respectively, please use the same style for other packages,
and check during updates.

Use versioned_dependencies.mk where applicable.
Use REPLACE_PYTHON instead of handcoded alternatives, where applicable.
Reorder Makefile sections into standard order, where applicable.

Remove PYTHON_VERSIONS_INCLUDE_3X lines since that will be default
with the next commit.

Whitespace cleanups and other nits corrected, where necessary.

Drop superfluous PKG_DESTDIR_SUPPORT, "user-destdir" is default these days.

Bump PKGREVISION from default python to 2.7.

* No need to buildlink with python module packagse, simple DEPENDS is sufficient.
* switch to use py-crypto instead of obsolated py-amkCrypto.
* register egg-info.

Bump PKGREVISION.

Bump revision for PYTHON_VERSION_DEFAULT change.

Switch to Python 2.5 as default. Bump revision of all packages that have
changed runtime dependencies now.

Update to 0.3.15:
 This release fixes a few long-standing bugs, including one that prevented
 a torrent from being restarted if files had been selected for no longer
 downloading. The tracker isn't crashing sporadically any more. And some
 security has been added to super-seed to prevent CERTAIN CLIENTS (*thwaps
 BitComet*) from leeching important bandwidth.
 Neither encryption nor DHT (official or Azureus's version) has been added
 yet, nor has the UI been revamped.

Recursive revision bump / recommended bump for gettext ABI change.
