Drop support for TOOLS_DEPMETHOD.<tool>. The new way to specify a run-time dependency (DEPENDS) on a tool is to append a ":run" modifier to the tool name, e.g., USE_TOOLS+= perl:run Tools without modifiers or with an explicit ":build" modifier will cause build dependencies (BUILD_DEPENDS) on those tools to be added. This makes the notation a bit more compact.

The default location of the pkgsrc-installed rc.d scripts is now under share/examples/rc.d. The variable name already was named RCD_SCRIPTS_EXAMPLEDIR. This is from ideas from Greg Woods and others. Also bumped PKGREVISION for all packages using RCD_SCRIPTS mechanism (as requested by wiz).

Initial import of argus-3.3 from pkgsrc-wip, contributed by <drue at users.sourceforge.net>. Argus is a system and network monitoring application. It will monitor anything you ask it to monitor (TCP + UDP applications, IP connectivity, SNMP OIDS, Programs, Databases, etc), presents a nice clean, easy to view web interface, it can send alerts numerous ways (such as via pager) and can automatically escalate if someone falls asleep.
