Simply and speed up buildlink3.mk files and processing. This changes the buildlink3.mk files to use an include guard for the recursive include. The use of BUILDLINK_DEPTH, BUILDLINK_DEPENDS, BUILDLINK_PACKAGES and BUILDLINK_ORDER is handled by a single new variable BUILDLINK_TREE. Each buildlink3.mk file adds a pair of enter/exit marker, which can be used to reconstruct the tree and to determine first level includes. Avoiding := for large variables (BUILDLINK_ORDER) speeds up parse time as += has linear complexity. The include guard reduces system time by avoiding reading files over and over again. For complex packages this reduces both %user and %sys time to half of the former time.

Initial import of libnms-0.6.0 from pkgsrc-wip, packaged by jfranz at bsdprojects dot net. libnms lets you add multimedia streaming playback in your applications in a quick and straightforward way. This software, derived from the experience matured with NeMeSi is fully compliant with IETF's standards for real-time streaming of multimedia contents over Internet. libnms implements RTSP - Real-Time Streaming Protocol (RFC2326) and RTP/RTCP - Real-Time Transport Protocol/RTP Control Protocol (RFC3550) supporting the RTP Profile for Audio and Video Conferences with Minimal Control (RFC3551). Currently libnms is relatively stable API wise and the most enlighting documentation are the example code and the partially doxygenized headers.
