Remove ffplay, ffmpeg; add ffplay1, ffmpeg1 to Makefile.

Add option "vaapi" and enable it if it is supported.

Changes 1.1.3:
It is the latest stable FFmpeg release from the 1.1 release branch, which was cut from master on 2013-01-06. Amongst lots of other changes, it includes all changes from ffmpeg-mt, libav master of 2013-01-06, libav 9.1 as of 2013-02-23.

ffmpeg: add option "ass" for subtitle renderer support and enable it by
default. ++pkgrevision. Tested on NetBSD-6

copy ffmpeg10 to ffmpeg, making it the default version

cleanup/fix option handling, make "lame" an option too (default unchanged),
from Gianni D'Aprile per PR pkg/45900

update to 0.7.10

ffmpeg seems to have dropped the faad support, so remove the option.
(enabling the option causes build failures.)

trick "configure" to accept the 20090920 snapshot of x264-devel,

Add opencore-arm option. Not enabled by default for ffmpeg.

It worked for me to play a "Adaptive Multi-Rate Codec (GSM telephony)" file
using ffplay.

Make the faac option enable restricted binaries.

Closes PR pkg/41739.

Remove support code for SDL option; option was removed during last
update, since ffplay is a separate package now.
Addresses point raised by David A. Holland in PR 41729.

Update to nightly the snapshot as of 2009-06-11.
Also modularize a bit, so we can have a separate ffplay package.

Too many changes to list them.

Patch support for img_resample() and friends back into ffmpeg even when
swscale is enabled. This allows older apps (such as vlc 0.8.6i) to run
without a specific ffmpeg package option and thus the swscale option is no
longer needed.

Make swscale an option (on by default). This option needs to be disabled for
vlc08 (0.8.6i).

Patch libavcodec to build with our slightly older version of x264.
This reenables the x264 option and makes it default again.

This patch should be removed after an x264 update.

Fix the PLIST handling of the SDL option.

Problem reported by Amitai Schlair.

Track FreeBSD's SVN snapshots of ffmpeg as there are no more stable
releases produced by the ffmpeg team.

Add v4l2 support for NetBSD.

remove dependency on liba52 since this builds its own tweaked
version of liba52 into libavcodec
