mk: Don't define DO_NADA to true.

Ironically, DO_NADA was not doing nothing, it was invoking shells simply
to run true.  Now that we are actually doing nothing, we're saving around
160 shell execs per build!

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
