If 'c99' is in USE_LANGUAGES also add 'c'.

I bet 'c99' support in USE_LANGUAGES was only tested on -current. On -current
there is no g77 command so mk/compiler/gcc.mk includes mk/compiler/f2c.mk which
adds 'c' to USE_LANGUAGES ;)

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
