Mechanical changes to add DESTDIR support to packages that install
their files via a custom do-install target.

Mechanically replaced man/* with ${PKGMANDIR}/* in the definition of
INSTALLATION_DIRS, as well as all occurrences of ${PREFIX}/man with
${PREFIX}/${PKGMANDIR}.

Fixes PR 35265, although I did not use the patch provided therein.

Point MAINTAINER to pkgsrc-users@NetBSD.org in the case where no
developer is officially maintaining the package.

The rationale for changing this from "tech-pkg" to "pkgsrc-users" is
that it implies that any user can try to maintain the package (by
submitting patches to the mailing list).  Since the folks most likely
to care about the package are the folks that want to use it or are
already using it, this would leverage the energy of users who aren't
developers.

Create directories before installing files into them.

Sign over maintainership to tech-pkg@

Move WRKSRC definition away from the first paragraph in a Makefile.

Update to 2.4:
In fact very little has changed in V2.4.  A few bugs were fixed, and one
new feature, namely the display of multiple results in a
multi-dictionary lookup, was added. One bug-fix was to re-instate a
feature that was accidently dropped out in the V2.2 -> V2.3 update.
(Only one user noticed....)

Pkgsrc change: depend on new edict and kanjidic packages instead of
including a copy of the files.

Pullup a fix for the installation path for distribution files to the
pkgsrc-2003Q4 branch, requested by Krister Walfridsson.

Make the package install after the recent DIST_SUBDIR change.

Use DIST_SUBDIR=${PKGNAME} (not PKGNAME_NOREV)
since the dictionaries used are not versioned and independent of the executable.
Bump PKGREVISION to 2 since the dictionaries have been updated.
