pick up CFLAGS and LDFLAGS for SSP, RELRO and friends

Use OPSYSVARS.

Drop PKG_DESTDIR_SUPPORT setting, "user-destdir" is default these days.

Add DESTDIR support.

Remove me as maintainer of some package, clame ownership of a few packages.

MASTER_SITES are not available anymore, noticed by Zafer Aydogan in private mail.
Other package systems seems have version 1.19 (ex. MASTER_SITE_GENTOO).

Fixed pkglint warnings. The warnings are mostly quoting issues, for
example MAKE_ENV+=FOO=${BAR} is changed to MAKE_ENV+=FOO=${BAR:Q}. Some

Remove FreeBSD RCS Ids. pkgsrc has diverged too much for syncing to be
useful.

COMMENT should start with a capital letter.

s/netbsd.org/NetBSD.org/

CPPFLAGS is now passed to MAKE_ENV and CONFIGURE_ENV by bsd.pkg.mk, so
adapt by moving CPPFLAGS settings to top-level, and removing explicit
inclusion of CPPFLAGS into MAKE_ENV and CONFIGURE_ENV.

Update to new COMMENT style: COMMENT var in Makefile instead of pkg/COMMENT.

Replace non working master site, adapt to new check sum and different
distribution file structure.

Make this package compile on Solaris.

Update package Makefiles for automatic manual page handling.

Substitute all obvious FreeBSD ppl as MAINTAINER with packages@netbsd.org.

Use the bsd.pkg.mk and bsd.pkg.subdir.mk files in the pkgsrc tree.
Remove redundant (and sometimes erroneous) comments.

The pkg installs man1/buffer.1, not manl/buffer.l.

Put back FreeBSD RCS-Id.
