*: Allow mxterm as an alternate xterm dependency.

The two packages conflict due to bin/resize but binary package users should be
able to use mxterm instead.  Resolves part of joyent/pkgsrc#324.

all: migrate several HOMEPAGEs to https

pkglint --only "https instead of http" -r -F

With manual adjustments afterwards since pkglint 19.4.4 fixed a few
indentations in unrelated lines.

This mainly affects projects hosted at SourceForce, as well as
freedesktop.org, CTAN and GNU.

xfindproxy: remove

Other X proxy tools were already removed.

xrx: remove

This was a technology demonstration from the 1990s that didn't take off.

modular-xorg-apps: remove rstart as well, ride bump

libXTrap, xtrap: remove

Not useful according to upstream (deprecated since ~1994).

m-xorg-apps: G/C xplsprinters & xprehashprinterlist too. Bump.

modular-xorg-apps: remove lbxproxy and proxymngr.

Bump version.

modular-xorg-apps: update to 1.14.1.8.

Add xcursor-themes.

Mark xephyr as not for Darwin for now.

Should be possible to support but the Darwin xorg-server build assumes
it is going to build xquartz and nothing else.

Also build x11/modular-xorg-xephyr

Bump the version number.

Remove xsetmode. Peter Hutterer writes on xorg-devel:

xsetmode still works on devices that support multiple mode, the hooks are
still there so functionally there's nothing wrong with it. xinput has
replaced it though, you get the same with
  xinput --set-mode "device name" ABSOLUTE
since xinput is actively maintained, I recommend using that instead.

Remove xsetpointer. Peter Hutterer writes on xorg-devel:

xsetpointer sets an input device as the core pointer. This dates
back to when an extension device could not be a core device at the
same time and is obsolete since server 1.4 (2006 or so I think).
the request always fails now (96e32805d12fc36f0fa0926dbfb0dd8a5cadb739).
xinput set-pointer is the equiv xsetpointer, but still doesn't do
anything, that app is truly dead.

Bumping to 1.14 for the last three additions that I forgot to bump.

Make sure that meta packages set META_PACKAGE before including
bsd.prefs.mk. Reported by Steven M. Bellovin for xorg packages.

Switch master site to MASTER_SITE_XORG.

Add xbacklight, bump version to 1.5.

Replaced the custom definitions with META_PACKAGE=yes.

* If PLIST_SRC is explicitly set to an empty value in a package Makefile,
  then automatically generate a PLIST that says "${PKGNAME} has no files".

* If PLIST_SRC and GENERATE_PLIST are not set in a package Makefile,
  and no PLIST files exist, then fail during the package build with
  PKG_FAIL_REASON.

* Remove "intentionally empty" PLISTs again.

Now, the easy way to say that a package installs no files is to just
add the following to the package Makefile:

	PLIST_SRC=	# empty

Add xlsclients.

As multiple people have expressed shock and wonderment at its lack,
add xterm to the list of packages.

Add dependence on "xdm" package, set version number to 1.3.
Approved by Joerg Sonnenberger.

Add twm as a dependency for modular-xorg-apps.  This makes the default
installation of modular-xorg-apps include the basic window manager that
is used by xinit(1) by default.

Bump the version to 1.2.

Fix location for xwd.

Add forgotten dependency on xwd.

Import modular-xorg-apps-1.0, a meta-pkg for the various modular Xorg
packages.
