Drop PKG_DESTDIR_SUPPORT setting, "user-destdir" is default these days.

This package needs gtk-doc to successfully build its HTML docs.  Adding a
build dependency on gtk-doc isn't enough to make everything happy, because
the gtk-doc package unhelpfully disables sgml support by default (in the
name of avoiding a "heavy" jade dependency).  In order to get a package
that is consistent regardless of which additional packages are installed,
let's just not install the HTML docs at all.

Add a couple missing files to this package's PLIST.

Mechanical changes to add DESTDIR support to packages that install
their files via a custom do-install target.

Revert last PLIST change und bump revision again.
Trust the bulk builds more than rillig@ and let him figure out
why his environment produces a different file set.

Prepare for switching to NO_MTREE=yes.

Update common-mml to 1.2.16.  This version was packaged by David Price,
and modified by me.

Major changes since 1.2.0:
  - Add support for SAP and SDP.

Import common-mml from pkgsrc-wip.  Packaged by David Price.

The UCL common multimedia library implements a number of algorithms and
protocols needed by a number of our applications.

The following protocols/algorithms are included in the library:

 * Base64 encoding/decoding
 * Binary tree
 * Random number
 * HMAC authentication
 * MD5
 * DES
 * RTP
 * Mbus
 * SAP
 * SDP

Point MAINTAINER to pkgsrc-users@NetBSD.org in the case where no
developer is officially maintaining the package.

The rationale for changing this from "tech-pkg" to "pkgsrc-users" is
that it implies that any user can try to maintain the package (by
submitting patches to the mailing list).  Since the folks most likely
to care about the package are the folks that want to use it or are
already using it, this would leverage the energy of users who aren't
developers.

No reason to include bsd.prefs.mk, comment it.
(The code that would use it is commented out too.).

Libtool fix for PR pkg/26633, and other issues.  Update libtool to 1.5.10
in the process.  (More information on tech-pkg.)

Bump PKGREVISION and BUILDLINK_DEPENDS of all packages using libtool and
installing .la files.

Bump PKGREVISION (only) of all packages depending directly on the above
via a buildlink3 include.

Move WRKSRC definition away from the first paragraph in a Makefile.

Place WRKSRC where it belongs, to make pkglint happy; ok'ed by wiz.

Pullup version 1.3 of pkgsrc/mbone/common-mml, revs 1.1 of
patches/patch-a{d,e,f} and rev 1.2 of patches/patch-ag, and a regenned
distinfo file, onto the netbsd-1-6 pkgsrc branch.

Correctly uses the autoconf checks for inet_ntop and inet_pton.  Fixes
this package on sparc (and probably all other big endian machines).
Change has also been tested on alpha (little endian) to make sure it
didn't break things there.  There are still some issues on the alpha but
they appear to be LP64 and alignment related, not endian related and
they were present before this change too.

use the results of the autoconf test for inet_ntop and inet_pton.  Fixes
compile problems on sparc and should fix other big endian machines.

Update to new COMMENT style: COMMENT var in Makefile instead of pkg/COMMENT.

Import common-mml-1.2.0:

on a range of Unix systems (Solaris, Linux, Irix, FreeBSD) and on Windows
95/98/NT.
