patch is supplied at
  https://www.mpfr.org/mpfr-4.1.1/patch01
and patches are one of the pieces: for file to file from above.

 openscad has PKGREVISION++ because of icu update almost at the same time,
and not packaged since then, so no PKGREVISION++ is necessary, (OK ?)
