Various improvements when setting up an account for a Microsoft Exchange server: Now offers IMAP/SMTP if available, better detection for Office 365 accounts; re-run configuration after password change.

Fix build with Rust 1.39.0, bump PKGREVISION

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
