Initial import of FreePOPs 0.2.4, an extensible POP3 server which acts as a gateway to a variety of webmail services. One possible use of this package, which I've tested, is in migrating from Hotmail (which provides neither mail forwarding nor POP access to the mailstore) to Gmail (which can act as a POP client).
