mail: Replace RMD160 checksums with BLAKE2s checksums

All checksums have been double-checked against existing RMD160 and
SHA512 hashes

The following distfiles were unfetchable (possibly fetched
conditionally?):

	Package thunderbird31: missing distfile enigmail-1.7.2.tar.gz

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden).  All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.

Patch from upstream cvs repository to allow exmh to function
correctly with tcl 8.5 (or any earlier version).  This patch
will not be needed after the next exmh upgrade.

No PKGREVISION bump since no uservisible changes.

Update to Exmh 2.7.2:

* 2.7.2 More bug fixes, plus some performance improvements for the new
        sequences code added in 2.6. The exmh-strip utility is integrated as
        "Save/Extract Attachments".
* 2.7.1 (Wasn't officially released in tarball form.)
* 2.7.0 Accumulates over a year of minor fixes in the CVS tree.

Also fix some pkglint complaints, and take maintainership.

Add RMD160 digests.

Update exmh package from 2.5 to 2.6.3.

Upgrade from version 2.1.1 to 2.5 of exmh, as prompted by Steve
Bellovin in PR 13990.  Changes are bug fixes, and a few enhancements,
a lot of them related to PGP and gpg.  This upgrade also closes the
security hole in 2.1.1.

Move to sha1 digests, and add distfile sizes.

+ move the distfile digest/checksum value from files/md5 to distinfo
+ move the patch digest/checksum values from files/patch-sum to distinfo
