mail/distribute: while here, patch some build warnings

PR 28609 Georg Schwarz mail/distribute doesn't build on Irix

 - Set STRSEP_MISSING on Irix.
 - Remove patch-ab, which #if'd out a fallback definition for
   _PATH_SENDMAIL; that's completely pointless.

mail: Replace RMD160 checksums with BLAKE2s checksums

All checksums have been double-checked against existing RMD160 and
SHA512 hashes

The following distfiles were unfetchable (possibly fetched
conditionally?):

./mail/qmail/distinfo netqmail-1.05-TAI-leapsecs.patch

mail: Remove SHA1 hashes for distfiles

mail/distribute: Install manpages into ${PKGMANDIR}.

Patch the project Makefile to direct manpages into ${PKGMANDIR}
instead of ${PREFIX}/man.

adjust patch: everyone wants paths.h

Explain previous patch, reference PR.

PR/18422: pkgsrc/mail/distribute: write_index() is called too early.
Only call write_index() after calculating bodysum, otherwise it uses
the initial value of 0.

While I have not tested this patch myself, the need for it is clear.

Patching in pkgsrc as this package does not have an upstream.

Bump PKGREVISION.

Add SHA512 digests for distfiles for mail category

Problems found locating distfiles:

	Package qmail: missing distfile qmail-1.03-realrcptto-2006.12.10.patch
	Package qmail: missing distfile qmail-smtpd-viruscan-1.3.patch
	Package thunderbird24: missing distfile enigmail-1.7.2.tar.gz
	Package thunderbird31: missing distfile enigmail-1.7.2.tar.gz

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden).  All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.

Fix an archaic form of sub invocation, deprecated since 5.0.0 and
finally an error in 5.20.0.

Use standard ownership.

Include paths.h on DragonFly and OpenBSD as well.

Add RMD160 digests.

Move to sha1 digests, and add distfile sizes.

+ move the distfile digest/checksum value from files/md5 to distinfo
+ move the patch digest/checksum values from files/patch-sum to distinfo
