Remove py-html-docs from pkgsrc.
This package is a ancient package before support multi python version variants.
We can use py*-html-docs packages for each variants as it is now.

Remove empty PLIST.pre.

Remove @dirrm related logic.

Second round of explicit pax dependencies. As reminded by tnn@,
many packages used to use ${PAX}. Use the common way of directly calling
pax, it is created as tool after all.

Mechanical changes to add DESTDIR support to packages that install
their files via a custom do-install target.

Move WRKSRC definition away from the first paragraph in a Makefile.

make ${PAX} usage consistent:

- group 'zrw' and 'p' args, -s last
- use the && operator consistently
- strip unneeded parens
- some whitespace cleanup

Place WRKSRC where it belongs, to make pkglint happy; ok'ed by wiz.

Deprecate NO_WRKSUBDIR, replacing it with an explicit assignment of:

WRKSRC= ${WRKDIR}

This is much cleaner, much more indicative of what happens, and removes
another of the negative definitions (NO_.* = value).

Move the COMMENT from being in its own file to a definition in the
package Makefile.

Install HTML documentation under ${PREFIX}/share/doc/html.

Use ${FIND} and ${PAX}

Someone cleaned up the master site, reflect this.

Update to final 1.5.2 docs

Update to 1.5.2b2. If 1.5.2 docs are released before the freeze, great.
If not, these are still better than the 1.5.1 docs.
XXX the issue of where HTML docs should be installed still needs to be
resolved. Left the same for now.

Rewrite the extraction commands to be more intuitive.

In the vast majority of cases, nothing has changed (i.e. .tgz, .tar.gz,
and .tar.bz2).

EXTRACT_USING_PAX can be set as before.

For custom extractions, instead of using EXTRACT_BEFORE_ARGS,
EXTRACT_AFTER_ARGS and EXTRACT_CMD, simply set EXTRACT_CMD to be the
command needed to decompress and extract the lements from the archive.
${DOWNLOADED_DISTFILE} can be used to reference the distfile(s).
e.g. for compressed shars, where previously there was:

EXTRACT_CMD=           ${GZCAT}
EXTRACT_BEFORE_ARGS=
EXTRACT_AFTER_ARGS=    |sh

now use:

EXTRACT_CMD=           ${GZCAT} ${DOWNLOADED_DISTFILE} | ${SH}

The Grand Homepagification:
	- New, optional Makefile variable HOMEPAGE, specifies a URL for
	  the home page of the software if it has one.
	- The value of HOMEPAGE is used to add a link from the
	  README.html files.
	- pkglint updated to know about it.  The "correct" location for
	  HOMEPAGE in the Makefile is after MAINTAINER, in that same
	  section.
